Swisscanonica draws on over seventy years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Within the group, Canonica Restaurant & Catering LLC has been operating in Dubai since 2015, and Swisscanonica Gourmet Food is one of its brands.

Swisscanonica is a Swiss family run business, originally founded by Andre Canonica in 1948. Since then, the quality of its services has enabled to the group to manage numerous business units at Geneva airport. Vincent Canonica, son of the founder, took over the family business in 2002, with the aim of diversifying and expanding its activities beyond Switzerland, including food production, a chocolate brand, hotel management and laundry services...

Swisscanonica opened business units in several locations worldwide. Today, we employ more than 400 people, managing 20 F&B outlets, 4 chocolate boutiques, a hotel, two laundries and three production laboratories.

Swisscanonica brings extensive expertise in F&B operations and management, catering, laundry services, and hotel management. We operate food production laboratories in Geneva and Zurich, with our Geneva facility led by our Group Executive Chef. We also run a central kitchen in Dubai that supports operations across the U.A.E. In addition, we own and operate our own chocolate laboratory and Swiss chocolate brand, Canonica, known for its premium hand-crafted chocolates and steadily gaining recognition.

Our Dubai team offers some of the highest quality catering in the Middle East, from school lunch programs and ready-made meals to simple sandwiches and salads. Our chefs craft all Swisscanonica Gourmet Food from the highest quality ingredients, bringing their years of expertise into the success of special events, meetings, weddings or office gatherings.
